traffic || jammed captures a fleeting moment of intensity as mockART take the stage at the Rush Hour Kulturfestival, presented by Heussenstamm Stiftung. Recorded on September 8, 2024 at Atelierhaus Orber Straße in Frankfurt, the performance unfolded in close contact with an attentive and responsive audience.
The music was written exclusively for this evening. Each piece reflects a different presence in the urban flow, the figures who shape, slow down, and define the daily rush hours of our cities. Recorded live by Jörg See and later carefully mixed and mastered by rabirius, the album retains the energy and immediacy of the performance while standing firmly on its own as a cohesive album.
That night, mockART were Christoph Dorner, Ümit Kaya, and rabirius.
La Bête Noire and Kör Adamın Gazeli appear as CD bonus tracks, performed as encores during the concert and previously released digitally as the single La Bête Noire (Alive).
